“All my life, my heart has sought a thing I cannot name.”
Hunter Thompson mentions this quote from his childhood in one of his many books that I have read. This particular quote seemed fitting for a travel photo.
In my case I get to travel a decent amount, anywhere from road trips across the country to adventures through China and other parts of Asia. These trips are great and they bring many new friends, memories and photographs. The return home is always the same, after a few weeks of rest, I need to get back on the road. I assume the itch to travel will never end, because we all know you can’t see everything there is, but maybe one day I will get close.

The Hunt:
This was taken from 3 exposures (-2, 0, +2) peering into the vast Salish Sea on the West side of Vancouver.
The sunset was amazing and I was able to grab a few different compositions before it vanished over the horizon.
